We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the ownership and evolution of Sokin's embedded finance and API-driven payment infrastructure. You will own the partner experience from discovery through to go-live and beyond, with a focus on building scalable, repeatable integration patterns and tooling that allow us to onboard and expand clients fast.
The ideal candidate sits comfortably at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams. You're equally at home discussing technical architecture with engineers as you are running discovery sessions with client stakeholders to surface the real problems worth solving.
About Us
Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider, enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency. Our mission is simple: we’re simplifying global business - so businesses thrive wherever they choose to grow. We deliver services across:
- Global payments and receivables
- Foreign Exchange (FX)
- Treasury management
- Finance reconciliations
We are rapidly expanding, with established presence in EMEA, APAC, and North America, backed by a strong global infrastructure and industry-leading partners, we are redefining how businesses move money worldwide. Our clients span industries from sports and entertainment to logistics and travel, and our community is growing rapidly. As we continue to expand, we’re building a team of exceptional people who share our ambition to transform the future of global payments.
Your role as a PM at Sokin:
Roadmap & Delivery- Define and execute the roadmap for embedded finance and API payment enhancements, balancing partner-specific requests against scalable platform investment.
- Translate partner requirements into clear product specifications, ensuring delivery is grounded in understood client outcomes — not just stated requirements.
- Work with the rest of the product team to expand existing service capabilities across payments, wallets, FX, and treasury.
- Lead the evolution of developer-first APIs, SDKs, and integration tooling.
- Maintain a portfolio of active partner relationships, running regular discovery sessions to understand evolving needs and surface product opportunities ahead of formal requests.
- Work with client implementation to ensure onboarding is fast and repeatable and build testing packs, integration documentation, and client update cadences.
- Manage API release notes and versioning communications, keeping partners informed and unblocked.
- Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Partnerships to drive delivery and remove blockers.
- Define and track KPIs including API adoption, transaction volume, partner integration success, and revenue impact.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of product or client-facing product experience, ideally in fintech or payments.
- Demonstrable experience running customer or partner discovery — going beyond requirements gathering to uncover underlying problems.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, release management, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong stakeholder management: comfortable working with engineering teams on technical decisions and presenting to senior leadership.
- Data and cost-driven approach to prioritisation and performance measurement.
Nice to have:
- Experience in PayTech or regulated financial products.
- Understanding of payment rails (SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT).
- Knowledge of Open Banking or Banking-as-a-Service ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AI tooling or Python.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced fintech environments.
Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in. Sokin is an equal opportunities employer and committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment. As a growing global startup with bases across multiple countries, we were established on and continue to promote an agile, flexible working culture. Please reach out to discuss any accommodations you may require during the recruitment process.
