We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded People Partner to support our growing teams across Europe. This is an opportunity for someone who already has strong HR operational foundations and is ready to continue developing broader People Partnering capability in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with managers and employees across the business, supporting everything from employee relations and performance conversations to onboarding, organisational growth, process improvement, and People projects. This role is hands-on. You’ll need to be comfortable operating operationally while also thinking about how we scale smarter, improve manager capability, and build better People practices globally. If you enjoy pace, ownership, and variety, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with managers and employees across Europe on day-to-day People matters
  • Support and manage employee relations cases including probation, absence, performance management, investigations, and low-level disciplinary matters
  • Help managers navigate People challenges with confidence and consistency
  • Deliver high-quality People operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activity
  • Prepare contracts, HR documentation, and employee communications
  • Support People projects, process improvements, and operational scaling initiatives
  • Maintain employee data and HR systems accurately and compliantly
  • Contribute to employee engagement, culture, and People experience initiatives
  • Help build scalable, commercially credible People practices as the business grows

What You’ll Bring:

  • Around 5+ years’ experience across HR Operations, HR Advisory, or People Partnering
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience managing employee relations matters confidently and pragmatically
  • Experience supporting fast-paced, scaling, or commercially driven businesses
  • Strong organisational and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence working independently while knowing when to escalate
  • Experience using BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms

Mindset we care about:

  • Collaborative not siloed – You build strong partnerships across teams and geographies, working with a One Sokin mindset to achieve shared goals together.
  • Responsive and reliable – You develop trust through transparency and shared purpose, helping others succeed and contributing to collective outcomes.
  • Principled and thoughtful – You handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidence, applying fairness, sound judgment, and integrity even in difficult situations.
  • Ownership with intent – You take initiative and help improve how things get done.
  • Think beyond today – You create People processes that scale for tomorrow’s growth.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across the business
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality People support
  • Manage employee relations matters professionally and confidently
  • Take ownership of initiatives and help improve how we operate
  • Contribute to building scalable People processes fit for a global growth business
  • Develop broader partnering capability through exposure to organisational growth, leadership support, and operational scale

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid working with flexibility (3 days in the office)
  • Private healthcare
  • Pension contribution
  • Opportunity to shape security strategy at a high-growth fintech
  • You decide, laptop or Mac?
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Your birthday off
  • A fun, fast paced and collaborative place to work, where you’ll be actively involved in shaping our culture
