Role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Group Product Manager to join our team.

At Sokin, we are building a world‑class product team that can help us remove the borders, barriers and burdens from global business.

This is a senior leadership role within the Send tribe - the team responsible for how Sokin moves money for our clients globally.

You’ll lead a cluster of Product Managers & Senior PMs across multiple regions, owning the output of both the Product Managers and the product strategy for each region you manage.

A key part of the role is supporting licensing discovery - understanding what is needed to operate in new markets across your regions and working cross-functionally to get Sokin in a position to expand into them.

You’ll be the connective tissue between the day-to-day work of your Product Managers and the wider product leadership team.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of leadership and domain expertise - someone who can develop a high‑performing team, hold a clear point of view on where the domain needs to go, and bring others with them.

About Us

Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider, enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency.

Our mission is simple: we’re simplifying global business - so businesses thrive wherever they choose to grow. We deliver services across:

  • Global payments and receivables
  • Foreign Exchange (FX)
  • Treasury management
  • Finance reconciliations

We are rapidly expanding, with established presence in MEA, UK & Europe, APAC, and North America, backed by a strong global infrastructure and industry‑leading partners, we are redefining how businesses move money worldwide.

Our clients span industries from sports and entertainment to logistics and travel, and our community is growing rapidly.

As we continue to expand, we’re building a team of exceptional people who share our ambition to transform the future of global payments.

As our Group Product Manager

You’ll own the product strategy and outcomes for your regions within the Send domain- the core of how Sokin moves money for its clients globally.

You’ll lead a team of Product Managers, owning their development and the regional strategy they execute against, ensuring they’re working on the right things and delivering with clarity and pace.

Your primary outcome is a high‑performing, well‑coordinated team that consistently ships impactful work with a clear strategic direction.

Alongside this, you’ll own licensing discovery for the countries in your regions - understanding the regulatory requirements for new markets, working cross‑functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Banking Partnerships, and ensuring Sokin has a clear, evidence‑based view of what it takes to expand.

Working closely with engineering leads, the Product Director, and senior stakeholders, you’ll represent the Send domain at a leadership level - bringing a well‑reasoned, evidence‑based point of view on where we’re going and why.

Your role as GPM at Sokin

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers spanning multiple regions - owning their growth, giving honest feedback, and building a team that operates with clarity and confidence.
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for your regions - ensuring it’s grounded in evidence, clearly communicated, and aligned to Sokin’s commercial expansion goals.
  • Support licensing discovery for the countries within your regions - validating customer demand and regulatory requirements across Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Banking Partnerships to determine what Sokin needs to enter new markets.
  • Coordinate across squads to ensure coherence, avoid duplication, and maintain a clear picture of how all the moving parts fit together.
  • Represent the Send domain at leadership level - being a credible, well‑prepared voice in senior discussions and able to defend and evolve your strategy under scrutiny.
  • Work closely with cross functional stakeholder leads, including engineering, as a peer - building the trust and shared understanding needed to deliver well together.
  • Set clear success metrics for your domain and hold yourself and your team accountable to them.
  • Make prioritisation calls across your squads - balancing short‑term delivery needs with longer‑term strategic bets and being clear about what you’re not doing.
  • Support the Product Director with domain‑level input into broader product planning, hiring, and strategic decisions.

We’d love to hear from you if

  • You have proven experience leading a team of Product Managers - you’ve owned their development, coached regularly, and been honest about performance.
  • You’ve owned a product domain end‑to‑end – whereby you have been accountable for the strategy, the roadmap, and the outcomes, not just the delivery.
  • You’re commercially literate and able to connect product decisions to business impact - you understand how what you build affects revenue, margins, and client outcomes.
  • You’re a clear, confident communicator - comfortable representing your domain at a senior level and able to simplify complex problems for a range of audiences.
  • You have experience in fintech, payments, or financial services - you understand the domain and the complexity that comes with building in a regulated, fast‑moving environment.
  • You’re a strong cross‑functional operator - you build trust with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams, and know how to get things done through others.
  • You can hold the big picture and the detail at the same time - strategic enough to set direction, grounded enough to know when to get into the work.
  • You’re honest and direct - with your team, your peers, and your leadership. You give feedback well and create an environment where your Product Managers can do their best work.

Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.

Sokin is an equal opportunities employer and committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment.

As a growing global startup with bases across multiple countries, we were established on and continue to promote an agile, flexible working culture.

Please reach out to discuss any accommodations you may require during the recruitment process.
