About the Role
Sokin is looking for a Senior Copywriter – Product Marketing to own and develop all product-led content across the business. This role will be responsible for writing and managing both short‑form and long‑form content that explains our platform, supports go‑to‑market campaigns, and helps customers understand how Sokin works and why it matters. You will work closely with product marketing, regional marketing, social media and design teams to create clear, accurate and consistent content across the website, sales materials, campaigns and customer communications.
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience writing for B2B FinTech or SaaS companies, understands how financial products and platforms work, and can turn complex information into simple, useful content that supports marketing through the funnel and impacts revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Technical Storytelling
- Translate complex FinTech concepts (payments, APIs, compliance, cross‑border flows, FX, wallets, risk, infrastructure) into clear, compelling, and accurate messaging
- Develop product narratives that articulate value, differentiation, and outcomes, not just features
- Own the storytelling arc from problem → insight → solution → impact
- Short‑Form Copy
- Write sharp, high‑impact copy for product launches, website hero sections & landing pages, LinkedIn and other B2B social channels, ads, banners, and in‑app messaging
- Adapt tone and depth based on audience (founders, finance leaders, operators, developers)
- Long‑Form Content
- Create in‑depth content including product pages & feature deep dives, whitepapers, reports, explainers, case studies, and customer success stories
- Produce sales enablement assets and pitch narratives
- Balance technical accuracy with readability and persuasion
- Product Marketing Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product & Engineering to understand functionality and roadmap
- Collaborate with Sales & Partnerships to align messaging with real buyer conversations
- Work with Growth & Brand teams to ensure consistency across channels
- Support GTM motions with messaging frameworks, positioning docs, and campaign narratives
- Messaging & Consistency
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all formats and channels
- Build modular messaging that can scale across regions, products, and use cases
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience writing product and marketing content in a B2B FinTech or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience creating both short‑form and long‑form content for websites, product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of financial products, payments, APIs, compliance, and digital platforms.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and content tools (WordPress, Webflow, Figma).
- Familiarity with SEO and content performance tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving product and go‑to‑market environments.
