We’re looking for a data driven and execution focused Performance Marketing Executive to support paid acquisition activity across search and social. Reporting into the Paid Media & Growth Marketing Manager, this role will focus on the day-to-day execution, optimisation and reporting of campaigns designed to drive new account acquisition. This role is ideal for someone earlier in their career who already has demonstrable hands‑on experience running and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, ideally within a B2B environment. We’re looking for someone commercially minded, analytical and detail oriented who enjoys getting into campaign data, spotting opportunities quickly and improving performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Paid Media & Growth Marketing Manager to implement channel and testing strategies.
- Build, launch and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive optimisation decisions based on performance data.
- Analyse campaign, funnel and conversion performance to identify opportunities to improve cost per acquisition and account growth.
- Support campaign testing across audience targeting, creative, messaging, landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Support campaign reporting and maintain clear visibility across spend, lead quality, conversion and acquisition performance.
- Identify trends, anomalies and performance shifts quickly and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Support creative briefing and feedback processes using campaign and audience insights.
- Help manage campaign pacing, budgets and weekly performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales and Lifecycle teams to understand lead quality and downstream conversion performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands‑on paid media experience across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Clear, demonstrable experience improving campaign performance through analysis and optimisation.
- Experience executing paid search and paid social campaigns directly within ad platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with campaign and funnel performance data.
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and reporting environments to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ideally experience working within a B2B, fintech, SaaS or lead generation environment.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and able to work collaboratively across Marketing and Sales.
