I’m currently supporting a growing dental group in the appointment of a Compliance Manager to support a cluster of practices across the London region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with multi-site healthcare compliance experience who enjoys being out in practices, driving standards, supporting teams and ensuring operational excellence across the group.
The Role:
- Conducting practice audits and compliance reviews
- Supporting practices with CQC readiness and governance standards
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practice
- Working closely with operational leadership teams across the business
- Field-based role across London and Greater London
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a Compliance, Governance or Quality role within dental/healthcare
- Multi-site experience ideally within dental, healthcare, veterinary, optical or pharmacy environments
- Strong understanding of compliance, audits and regulatory standards
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across practices
- Happy travelling into practices 3 days per week
