A private equity–backed healthcare and retirement living organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead a series of defined transformation, performance improvement, and strategic finance projects. These assignments are structured as clearly defined contract engagements, typically 3, 6, or 12 months in duration, depending on project scope and organisational priorities.
The Opportunity
This role is suited to an experienced interim finance leader who thrives in delivery-focused environments and is comfortable stepping into organisations to stabilise, transform, and enhance financial performance over defined timeframes. Working closely with the CEO, Board, and investors, you will deliver measurable outcomes aligned to key value-creation priorities.

- Cashflow improvement, working capital optimisation, and financial control strengthening
- Budgeting, forecasting, and investor-grade reporting implementation

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on executive leadership of the finance function during the project period
- Deliver clearly defined financial and operational improvement objectives within agreed timelines

- Establish robust reporting, governance, and KPI frameworks to support ongoing performance
