I’m currently supporting a growing dental group in the appointment of a Compliance Manager to support a cluster of practices across the London region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with multi-site healthcare compliance experience who enjoys being out in practices, driving standards, supporting teams and ensuring operational excellence across the group.

The Role:

  • Conducting practice audits and compliance reviews
  • Supporting practices with CQC readiness and governance standards
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practice
  • Working closely with operational leadership teams across the business
  • Field-based role across London and Greater London

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Compliance, Governance or Quality role within dental/healthcare
  • Multi-site experience ideally within dental, healthcare, veterinary, optical or pharmacy environments
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audits and regulatory standards
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships across practices
  • Happy travelling into practices 3 days per week
