Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Residential Care Sector, Multi-site Are you an experienced HR Business Partner in the Residential Care sector looking for a broad generalist role where you can make a real impact?

We're partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organisation to recruit an HRBP to support leaders across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a people-focused organisation during an exciting period of growth.

As a trusted HR partner, you'll provide commercially focused advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations and employee engagement.

Working closely with operational leaders, you'll help create a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring HR best practice is embedded across the business.

Key Responsibilities Partner with managers across multiple sites, providing proactive HR support and guidance.

Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.

Develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives to enhance colleague experience and retention.

Coach and support managers on people-related matters.

Support organisational change and business growth, including HR integration activities where required.

Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.

You must have Previous experience as an HR Business Partner Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage complex cases.

Experience supporting a multi-site organisation, ideally within healthcare or another regulated environment.

Passionate about employee engagement and creating positive workplace cultures.

CIPD qualified (or equivalent) is desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
