Are you an experienced L&D professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and making a real impact across a multi-site organisation? We’re looking for a Regional Learning & Development Partner to take ownership of learning strategy across an operational region within a large, complex healthcare environment.
You’ll work closely with senior operational leaders and central L&D teams to design and deliver regional learning plans that are aligned to business priorities, data-led, and focused on improving capability, compliance, and care quality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and deliver a regional learning plan aligned to strategic and operational needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the region
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of learning interventions
- Use data and insight to identify capability gaps and inform priorities
- Feed regional insight into central learning strategy and curriculum development
- Support continuous improvement in performance, compliance, and workforce capability
What we’re looking for:
- Proven L&D experience within healthcare or a complex regulated setting
- Strong understanding of mental health, complex care and/or CAMHS
- Experience delivering learning strategies and leadership development programmes
- Skilled in Learning Needs Analysis, evaluation, and using data to drive decisions
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at senior level
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
