We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to take on the role of Headteacher within a specialist education environment. This position involves providing both strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to ensure high standards of education, safeguarding, and wellbeing for pupils with additional and complex needs.

The provision supports pupils with a range of learning differences and needs, including neurodiverse profiles. The approach is highly individualised, with a strong emphasis on supporting academic progress alongside social and emotional development.
