Role Description:

As a Senior Suiting Tailor at SOJO, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of alterations on premium suits, jackets, trousers, and formalwear for our luxury brand partners. You will demonstrate exceptional technical ability in all aspects of suiting alterations, including complex adjustments such as sleeve shortenings, square back neck corrections, and maintaining garment balance and proportion. You will ensure that every alteration upholds the original craftsmanship, structure, and fit expected of high-end tailoring.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in high-end tailoring, bespoke suiting, or luxury alterations
  • Background in Savile Row or premium brand tailoring preferred
  • Proven track record of precision alterations on structured menswear and suiting
  • Ability to deliver consistent, luxury-level results under time constraints

Skills:

  • Expert tailoring and alteration skills across all structured garments
  • Strong hand-sewing and finishing techniques
  • Proficiency in sleeve shortenings (from crown and cuff), back neck adjustments, and balance corrections
  • Advanced pattern, fit, and garment construction knowledge
