Sojo.consulting partners with the Global Health Impact Network (GHIN) β€” a 2,600+ clinician network across 40 specialties β€” to deliver productized advisory for European VCs, medtech founders, and ecosystem facilitators building toward U.S. markets. We run lean: small senior team, sharp ICP, and a transatlantic deal flow that touches Series A–B medtech across CEE, the Nordics, DACH, the UK, and Israel.

We're looking for a working student to strengthen the operational spine of our outbound: ICP research, personalized email outreach, CRM hygiene, and coordination across a high-signal stakeholder base of VCs, founders, and public-ecosystem facilitators (EIT Health, EIC, BIRD, Future Tech Poland, and counterparts).

What you'll actually do:

  • Build and maintain segmented prospect lists in Apollo against a clearly defined ICP (European medtech VCs, funded Series A–B founders, ecosystem partners).
  • Draft personalized cold and follow-up emails for senior review β€” research-led, not template-driven. Every send is briefed: who the recipient is, what they're working on this quarter, and why our note matters this week.
  • Run our CRM with discipline: every touch logged, every follow-up scheduled, every warm intro tracked through to outcome.
  • Coordinate stakeholder logistics: meeting prep packets, reciprocal intros, conference RSVPs, post-call follow-ups drafted for partner review.
  • Light desk research on funds, founders, and funding cycles to inform sequencing.

What you'll get:

  • A real seat next to the founder running Sojo Γ— GHIN's European desk. You'll see how a productized boutique sells to senior fund partners and CEOs β€” from ICP build through Discovery Call follow-through.
  • Named exposure to European medtech VCs, founders, and EU public-ecosystem facilitators. References that travel.
  • Hands-on with the modern outbound stack (Apollo, CRM, sender-domain discipline) and the strategic thinking behind it β€” not just the buttons.
  • Honest, specific feedback. We write and revise; you'll do both.

Who we're looking for:

  • Current student at a leading European research university (any discipline β€” life sciences, business, humanities, communications, economics, engineering all welcome).
  • Flawless written English, C1 minimum, ideally native-level. Your first emails will be read by managing partners at European VCs. The writing has to be clean.
  • Additional European language is a plus β€” German, French, Italian, Polish, Hebrew, Nordic languages all useful given our geography.
  • High operational discipline: you finish what you start, you log what you do, and you ask the second question before sending the first email.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and senior stakeholders. We move fast; the brief is rarely complete; the reply is rarely scheduled.

Practical details:

  • 10–15 hours/week, fully remote, EU time zone overlap required.
  • Hourly: USD $15–$20, depending on relevant experience.
  • 1-month initial term, renewable.
  • Rolling start β€” earlier is better.

To apply: Send a short note to contact@sojo.consulting telling us (a) why this, why now, (b) one example of a piece of writing you're proud of (any format β€” essay, email, deck slide), and (c) your earliest start. CV optional, the note matters more.

Feel free to reach out, follow us on LinkedIn, and visit www.sojo.consulting to learn more about us. We look forward to hearing from you!
