Sojern is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional eager to grow their career in digital advertising. As a Sales Manager for Attractions, you’ll engage small to mid-sized travel and attraction partners who can benefit from Sojern’s media products in a fast-paced digital environment. You’ll serve as a key hunter on the Destinations team—prospecting, qualifying, and generating high-quality opportunities for the broader sales organization. This West Coast-focused role is designed to set you up for long-term success in an outside sales environment.
What you will do:
- Research, qualify, and identify key decision-makers for targeted outreach.
- Engage prospects through outbound calls and marketing sequences to drive appointments.
- Manage a small book of business and achieve revenue goals.
- Execute email campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-up tasks using Sojern tools.
- Support core sales activities within the West Coast territory and prospect strategically.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively and resolve issues using established tools and guidelines.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver simple, effective client solutions.
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience working with tourism partners such as DMOs, attractions, hotels, or other travel industry organizations, with a solid understanding of digital advertising.
- Proficiency with business and sales tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (preferred but not required).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tourism industry insights, analytics, or funding models is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort speaking to a variety of stakeholder groups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Travel Required - 10-15 %.
