Sojern is looking for an organized, proactive marketer to support a maternity leave cover for a Senior Marketing Manager for approximately 12 months, leading marketing strategy and execution for our property hotels business segment. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that leads marketing campaigns and programs targeting hotel marketers globally. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you’ll serve as the go-to marketing partner for the sales team to align messaging and deliver on content needs. You’ll manage campaign execution across channels, oversee performance tracking (as needed), and ensure tight project coordination from start to finish.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the marketing strategy for the business segment, with a core focus on demand generation through content.
- Act as a strong project manager, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and deliverables on track.
- Collaborate closely with sales to align on projects (where applicable).
- Partner with product marketing as needed on presentation/sales collateral.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, events, content, web, social, and more.
- Partner with global event marketing lead to support execution of global event sponsorships; includes event communications, project management, executive support, sales support, and more.
- Contribute to our content marketing strategy—from executing against current programs to brainstorming new ideas to amplify the Sojern brand in the hotel marketing space.
- Support email marketing and nurture campaigns, using our ever-growing content repository to drive customer retention and acquisition.
- Optimize Sojern’s hotel newsletter content and structure on an ongoing basis in partnership with the content team.
- Support paid advertising initiatives in partnership with the performance marketing team who handles the operations and execution in the platforms.
- Manage our presence on key industry platforms and with key industry partners such as Hotel Tech Report and HSMAI.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, media, or travel.
- Proven experience in demand generation and campaign management.
- Familiarity with Asana a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Webflow, Zapier, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and similar marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising and lead generation strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
