Responsibilities
During the operational site control of ground investigation and geotechnical projects, you will manage daily site activities across the UK, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, cost control and adherence to programme and customer service standards. You will lead client meetings, coordinate with commercial teams and the Site team, and manage contracts to ensure performance within budget while maintaining a motivated and safety‑conscious workforce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in contract management within the infrastructure and energy sectors, especially in ground investigation and geotechnical works.
- Solid understanding of geotechnical processes, ground conditions, drilling and site investigation.
- Customer‑service focus and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous construction industry work experience (essential).
- Experience working away from home is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, flexibility in work and location, and ability to travel frequently across the UK.
- Minimum age 18 years or above for health and safety reasons.
