Location: Bristol (Hybrid working – 40% office based)
Salary: £46,000 to £49,000 pa FTE
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri). Part time of 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week) will also be considered.
Contract: Fixed term, 12 months

About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our Finance team, providing dedicated financial support to The Soil Association Land Trust charity and contributing to the wider success of the Soil Association Group. You will be responsible for producing the Land Trust's monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts, while acting as a trusted finance business partner to the senior leadership team. Through insightful financial reporting and analysis, you will help inform decision-making and support the charity in delivering its strategic objectives.
About You:
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or have equivalent relevant experience, with a strong understanding of charity accounting and statutory reporting. You are highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work to deadlines. You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate financial information. A confident communicator, you build positive relationships across the organisation and are comfortable providing constructive challenge where appropriate. With a positive, solutions-focused approach, you are committed to finding more efficient ways of working and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
