Position Overview
The Soil Association invites applications for a role that supports the successful delivery of the Farm to Fork Ambassador Programme. The role focuses on maintaining, growing, and supporting a network of 40+ ambassadors, creating and editing content, and handling programme administration. The role reports to the Ambassador Programme Manager and works closely with the External Communications team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop our ambassador network.
- Support ambassadors in telling their stories through content creation and editing.
- Manage programme administration, including scheduling and relationship tracking.
- Collaborate with the External Communications team to share ambassador activities.
- Help grow the Farm to Fork Partnership and promote agro‑ecological farming.
Qualifications & Skills
- Facilitator and doer who brings diverse groups together.
- Networker who builds strong relationships with varied stakeholders.
- Good storyteller who can ask insightful questions to evoke powerful narratives.
- Organised and capable of managing multiple relationships and admin.
- Quick learner of the language of our audience groups.
- Writer and copy‑editor able to produce clear, engaging, and practical content.
- Digital‑savvy, proficient with current platforms for sharing information and editing media.
- Collaborative, welcoming to constructive feedback, and flexible in dynamic settings.
