We're looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Studio Assistant/Receptionist to join our fast-growing photography business. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and/or the photography industry, with a passion for helping clients and supporting creative teams. Training will be provided, and our team will support you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy studios for client arrivals
- Greet clients and provide studio orientations
- Set up and take down studio and lighting equipment
- Putting backdrops up and down
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organisation
- Assist with ad-hoc studio and location tasks
- Handle email and phone enquiries
- Support with social media and marketing tasks
Requirements
- Experience in photography, customer service, or assistant roles (preferred)
- Previous work in a studio or space hire environment (a plus, but not essential)
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Professional and friendly communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines
