Soi Dog Foundation are looking for a Major Gifts Officer, to join our newly created Philanthropy and Partnerships team. This role is focused on building meaningful relationships with supporters across the UK and US. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our vital work helping stray dogs and cats throughout Asia.

The Role
As Major Gifts Officer, you'll implement thoughtful communications and supporter journeys, personally connecting with donors to achieve meaningful impact. You'll identify potential supporters and create compelling cases that inspire giving, while maintaining relationship-focused communications through research, engagement, and stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential supporters through thoughtful research and digital outreach
- Create and implement personalised communications and supporter journeys
- Build and nurture relationships with supporters to enhance engagement
- Support in-person connection opportunities
- Develop impactful written materials and communications
- Implement our high-value supporter programme alongside the P+P Manager
- Maintain accurate relationship records and supporter journey planning
Your Experience Includes
- 2+ years of experience in relationship-focused fundraising roles
- Experience facilitating contributions at the four-figure+ level
- Track record developing effective supporter communications and engagement programs
- Passion for animal welfare and Soi Dog's mission
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creativity, flexibility, and a structured, relationship-focused approach
- Skills in project coordination, strategic thinking, and relationship development
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our global team
Location & Hours
This is a full-time, contracted remote position based in either the UK or US, working with our international team across time zones. Some travel opportunities will allow you to connect with supporters and team members.
