We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. Our Chef de Parties are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.

Our ideal Chef de Partie demonstrates:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, in a highly dynamic restaurant
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
