Overview
We are looking for a casual Bar Assistant to join the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times and to perform all aspects of bar service which may include opening, cleaning and general daily procedures with a comprehensive knowledge of all drinks, food and other products on offer.
About the team
The Soho Theatre Bar Team are often the first people to greet our audiences and guests. You’ll see them working away with customers as you head in for food and drinks, and they’re here to ensure your comfort and safety when visiting us.
Responsibilities
- Provide high standard customer service at all times and perform all aspects of bar service.
- Open, clean and carry out general daily procedures with a comprehensive knowledge of drinks, food and other products on offer.
- Greet customers and assist with questions, ensuring quick and efficient service.
- Multi-task, think on your feet, and maintain eye contact with customers while delivering a cheerful smile.
- Work as part of the team to support audiences and guests at Soho Theatre.
- Adhere to health, safety and venue policies to ensure customer comfort and safety.
