Overview
We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our Central London team at Cecconi\’s Pizza Bar (W1D 5JJ). As a Waiter/Waitress with Cecconi\’s Pizza Bar, your role is to ensure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, you will connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience, delivering excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and settling the bill.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service from welcoming guests to taking orders and processing payments.
- Take orders, make recommendations and assist guests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service and teamwork.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue.
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask.

- Genuine passion for food and beverage.
- Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required.
