At Soho House, our Spa Attendants play a vital role in creating a calm, welcoming, and immaculately presented environment for our members and guests. You'll support the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring all spaces are clean, well‑stocked, and prepared to the highest standards to deliver a seamless and relaxing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, changing rooms, and wet areas;
  • Ensure spa facilities are consistently presented to the highest standards;
  • Replenish towels, robes, amenities, and cleaning supplies as required;
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards;
  • Report maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly;
  • Work discreetly and respectfully around members and guests to maintain a calm spa environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a spa, wellness, hotel, or high‑end hospitality environment (preferred);
  • Reliable, detail‑focused, and take pride in delivering high standards every day;
  • Strong attention to detail and organization;
  • Calm, professional, and friendly manner;
  • Proactive and team‑focused approach;
  • Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18;
  • Able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects by hand;
  • Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours;
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and lift as required.
