The Role… At Soho House, a Breakfast Chef is the first point of contact in the kitchen each morning. The Breakfast Chef takes ownership of early-day operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality, beautifully presented, and nutritious breakfast dishes.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Mise en place
- Stock control
- Menu execution during breakfast hours
- Assisting in preparation for lunch service
This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations, and plating to company standards.
