Soho House have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the External Sales team at Soho Home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic sales driven individual interested in growing meaningful commercial partnerships, contributing to the long-term brand strategy and making a difference in the product life cycle.

The Sales Coordinator is a well-organised and dynamic individual, able to work efficiently across departments and eager to contribute to the achievement of agreed sales goals. This role reports to the Senior Global Sales Manager and works closely with the wholesale coordinator as part of the external sales team, assisting in the process of building and maintaining both full price and outlet accounts.

The role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance and Merchandising) and acts as the front-facing contact for buyers and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage a portfolio of full price wholesale and key outlet accounts, driving sales performance across full-price and off-price channels.
  • Independently identify, plan and execute commercial selling opportunities through weekly stock analysis and account engagement.
  • Plan and conduct Wholesale Market meetings for Autumn Winter and Spring Summer collections.
  • Build strong, front-facing relationships with key account partners, acting as the main day-to-day commercial contact.
  • Negotiate and raise orders, communicate delivery timelines and proactively manage the PO journey from warehouse to customer with the support of the Sales Assistant.
  • Work on internal systems and order portals on a daily basis.
  • Partner closely with Logistics, Operations, Merchandising and Finance to ensure smooth order execution and delivery against customer expectations.
  • Regularly review stock positions across excess, clearance and full-price inventory to identify and unlock sales opportunities.
  • Drive regular cadence of trading activity with existing partners while actively developing new opportunities for excess stock sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly and effectively to all external partner queries and requests.
  • Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly trading performance, proactively identifying risks and escalating commercial concerns where necessary.
  • Produce weekly trade updates providing visibility on orders taken, dispatched and overall trading performance.
  • Support the delivery of sample sales, off-price initiatives and seasonal sales activities.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and quarterly business reviews and commercial reporting.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Wholesale Merchandising or Planning background advantageous.
  • Ability to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent Excel and numerical skills.
  • Can-do attitude and ability to problem solve.
  • Experience managing luxury wholesale accounts globally.
  • Results orientated with an ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Effective communicator at all levels (verbal).
