The Role… At Soho House, a Head Waiter plays an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team, you will oversee service operations on the floor, ensure staff are well-guided and professional, and maintain the high standards that reflect the identity of the club. Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill.
