As our Head of Partnerships, Lifestyle, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand shows up in the world. You’ll lead the charge in identifying, negotiating, and managing the strategic collaborations that shape our brand, fuel revenue, and unlock new opportunities for our members and our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the partnership strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets with a focus on lifestyle.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners and negotiate and structure new strategic partnerships.
- Be the overall strategic lead on our current lifestyle partnerships – shaping the direction and deliverables for the partner and for our business.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from opportunity assessment to onboarding and ongoing relationship management and ensure all contractual obligations are met, all activations are on brand for Soho House and that the right decisions are made for the business.
- Ensure we’re delivering good ROI for our partners and develop strong relationships with the partner with a goal to secure long-term renewals with them.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Communications, Marketing, Legal and Operations teams to ensure successful partner enablement and performance.
- Track, analyse, and report on key partnership metrics and KPIs as agreed with each client.
- Manage the finances for each partner including budgeting, invoicing and monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Support the regional partnership teams with Soho House new openings.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and new partnership opportunities.
- Host regular meetings with brand partners and agencies to maintain relationships, plan forthcoming activity and identify new opportunities.
- Manage other team members efficiently to ensure they are also consistently meeting relevant targets and supporting their progression within the team.
- Grow existing partnerships by 10% or more YoY, and find new opportunities to upsell them throughout the year.
- Lead the development of new ways and ‘products’ for Partners to integrate and activate their brand and products within Soho House. Ensure the ways in which they show up drive strong ROI for the partner and ladder up to the strategic goals of Soho House.
- Create and present monthly overviews of business unit and partnership performance to leaderships team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- This role requires +8 years in-house and agency marketing experience, specializing in brand partnerships for a minimum of two years.
- Experience with Automotive Partnerships is a big plus.
- It requires a fast learner with strong organizational skills, who is deadline driven and has the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship building skills, people management, team mentoring and coaching skills.
