The Role… At Soho House, the Floor Manager is responsible for maintaining the food and beverage operation in conjunction with the General Manager and management team. As the Floor Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage a floor team to deliver a successful and efficient service whilst upholding Soho House service standards and creating an approachable yet elevated atmosphere for members, guests and staff. You’ll ensure that members have an enjoyable experience and deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill.
