Overview
You will be expected to provide service and gym floor experience for our members and go above and beyond expectations. You\\\’ll support the teams to maximise fitness and retail sales and ensure targets are achieved as well as ensure cleanliness standards in the gym studio areas and equipment. You will adhere to health and safety requirements including completion of all relevant checks and be a role model in operational excellence by delivering a high standard of group exercise classes.

Requirements for a Fitness Coach
- Must be a minimum of level 3 fitness qualified
- Ability to teach fitness classes to a high standard both in studio and gym floor
- Ability to mentor, motivate coach and development team members to achieve their potential
- Ability to meet set targets and deadlines
- Ability to be self-motivated and active in your duties
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer / member experience focused
- Passionate about the industry and performing spa treatments
- 1-2 years\\\’ experience in a busy high-profile gym/ leisure facility (preferred but not essential)
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required; flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). As a multifunctional fitness coach.
£13.00 per hour
