Exciting new sales opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual who has a passion for homeware and interiors to join the Soho Home retail team. There is a full‑time position available in our Soho Home Farmhouse studio. As a team member you will be committed to providing professional service to customers and maintaining outstanding product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty.
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering attentive and professional support throughout their visit.
- Share confident product knowledge, including materials, styles, and availability in‑store and online.
- Suggest suitable alternatives when items are unavailable, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Understand individual customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Use strong service skills to drive conversions and support sales goals.
- Contribute to daily and weekly sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority.
- Stay aware of best‑ and slow‑selling products to guide recommendations and improve sales.
