At Soho House, a Guest Service Agent will support communication with guests regarding questions or queries, travel arrangements, and booking reservations for the hotel and other outlets. This includes handling inquiries received by telephone, email, or through a central reservation system.

Process reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant, the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. Assist in answering any member or guest queries via telephone or email. Know the types of rooms available, their locations and layouts, the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans. Communicate reservation information and all special requests to the front desk. Understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no‑shows and communicate that information to guests. Prepare the expected arrival list for front office use. Update member and guests’ profiles.

Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house. Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in a busy, high‑profile venue is ideal.
  • Can thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and maintain calm while quickly and effectively problem‑solving under pressure.
  • Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service, and respectful towards colleagues and guests.
  • Must demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and work autonomously.
