Redchurch Townhouse

Redchurch Townhouse features 37 bedrooms ranging from Tiny to Large and individually designed in 1950s and 1970s styles, with retro chandeliers and mid-century armchairs. On the ground floor you will find a Cecconi\’s restaurant and bar serving classic items such as lobster spaghetti, veal Milanese and homemade pizza and pasta.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our East London team at Cecconi\’s Redchurch (E2 7DP). As a Bartender with Soho House, your role is to ensure our members have an amazing experience every time. You will provide hospitality, connect with members, and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and delivering excellent service, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and maintaining a pristine bar area.

What we are looking for

• 1-2 years\’ experience in a busy high-profile bar
• Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to work opening and closing shifts when required
