The Role…

The role will involve ensuring our guests and members receive the best possible experience from the moment they arrive on site.

You´ll love the direct contact with people and possess an excellent host talent.

We are also looking for someone who is flexible, communicative and a good team player.

On site we have various vehicles to take guests wherever they need to go and it will be your responsibility to ensure they have a great experience during their journey.

Full driving licence is required for the role and due to our insurance policy you must be over 21 years of age.

As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time.

Main Duties...

  • Greet members and guests warmly on arrival, creating a welcoming first impression of the Farmhouse
  • Provide safe, friendly, and efficient transport around the estate using company vehicles
  • Assist members and guests with luggage, directions, and information about the site and facilities
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, well-presented, and maintained to Soho House standards
  • Communicate clearly with the reception, guest experience, and events teams to coordinate guest movements and requests
  • Offer local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Respond quickly and professionally to member or guest enquiries, requests, or issues
  • Support daily site operations, helping with set-ups, deliveries, and general upkeep as needed
  • Follow all health, safety, and driving policies to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
  • Represent Soho Farmhouse values through genuine hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism at all times

What we are looking for...

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing, hospitality, or customer service role (hotel, resort, or members’ club preferred)
  • Confident driver with a full, clean UK driving licence (must be over 21 for insurance purposes)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and supporting hands-on operational tasks
  • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to help across departments
  • Knowledge of the local area or countryside hospitality environment is a plus
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experience
