Soho House is seeking a Membership Operations Coordinator to support the Membership Operations team with day-to-day tasks and projects across the estate, including new openings, payments, and system changes. You will collaborate with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce and Soho Support, reporting to the Global Head of Membership Operations.
You will handle CRM, data, reporting, and stakeholder communication, while contributing to BAU processes, payment testing, and system improvements.
