The Role… At Soho House, as a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and suites. Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation.
  • Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly.
  • Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality.
  • Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well‑stocked condition.
  • Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE.
  • Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Assist with turndown service or special requests when required.
  • Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter‑free.

What we are looking for

  • A successful Room Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue and a natural flair for first‑class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently.
  • Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude.
  • Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
