At Soho House, the Kitchen Administrator will support the senior culinary team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate cost control, and high food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ordering, supplier liaison, quality and due-diligence checks.
  • Recipe and rota management, and maintaining compliance with food safety and incident reporting requirements.
  • Order processing, invoice cross-check, credit note follow-up, and product change communications.
  • Daily kitchen checks – stock levels, rotation, cleanliness, internal audits, and food costing for finance.
  • Recipe accuracy and system updates.
  • Rota forecasting, time-sheet processing, wage target coordination.
  • Record keeping – temperature checks, cleaning logs, incident investigation, and staff birthdays/recognition.
  • External contractor coordination and inspection sign-offs, ensuring standards meet local council and government policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
