At Soho House, we are looking for a Health Club Supervisor. You will oversee the daily operations across the Health Club, including Front of House, Fitness spaces, Racquet areas, and Wet Facilities. You’ll ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, seamless, and high‑quality experience across all areas of the club. You will be a visible, hands‑on leader, supporting your teams, maintaining high standards of service and presentation, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across reception, gym floor, studios, racquet courts, pool, kids’ pool house, changing rooms, steam, and sauna.
  • Lead and support the FOH, Lifeguard, Fitness Floor, and Racquet teams to deliver excellent member experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and presentation across all areas.
  • Work with Health Club Management on programming, timetables, and member engagement activity.
  • Support the delivery of social events and activities within the Health Club and racquet spaces.
  • Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure a seamless member journey.
  • Promote Soho House values and the Soho Ways through daily operations and team leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or private members’ club environment preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Fitness qualification is highly desirable.
  • PPO qualifications is highly desirable.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of spa, fitness, or wellness services is desirable.
  • Confident using booking systems or reservation software.
  • Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be over the age of 18.
  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand.
  • Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
