The Role
At Soho House, a Beauty Therapist you will deliver a premium, personalised experience to members and guests, offering a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments in a calm, luxurious environment. You will be responsible for performing treatments to the highest standard, recommending aftercare products, and contributing to the overall ambience and success of the spa and wellness areas. You will play a key role in upholding the club’s commitment to excellence, discretion, and member wellbeing.

Responsibilities
- Provide a range of high‑quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, nails and advanced therapies as trained.
- Deliver treatments with professionalism, care and attention to detail.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation in treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Tailor each treatment to members’ specific needs and give expert skincare advice.
- Promote and recommend retail products.
- Manage booking schedules efficiently and ensure smooth handovers.
- Build strong relationships with members through excellent service, professionalism and discretion.
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support the wider spa and wellness team with stock management, opening/closing procedures and general operations.
- Act as an ambassador for the club’s wellness offering, embodying brand values and service ethos.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high‑end spa, clinic or luxury wellness environment.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments – e.g. Deep Tissue Massage).
- Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques and massage therapies.
- Experience with luxury products and a client‑focused approach.
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills.
- Discreet, professional and calm under pressure.
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and varied shifts.
Physical Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Must occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
