Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation
  • Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly
  • Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality
  • Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked condition
  • Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE
  • Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Assist with turndown service or special requests when required
  • Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-free

What we are looking for

  • A successful Room Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
  • You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently
  • Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude
  • Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
