The Role…

At Soho House, the

Night Cleaner plays a key role in ensuring that all areas of the property remain spotless, hygienic, and well-presented for members, guests, and staff.

Working during overnight hours, you will carry out cleaning duties in public areas, restaurants, bars, offices, and back‑of‑house spaces to maintain the highest cleanliness standards.

The Night Cleaner will work independently or as part of a small overnight team, ensuring that the property is ready for the next day’s operations.

  • Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, offices, back‑of‑house spaces, restrooms, restaurants, and bars overnight.
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, polish, and sanitise surfaces to required standards.
  • Deep clean areas not possible during daytime service hours (e. g., kitchens, carpets, event spaces).
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials where required.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues or hazards identified during night shifts.
  • Support with waste management and recycling processes.
