The Role
At Soho House, a Runner plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. As a key link in the dining experience, the Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the service areas. Your main responsibility is to assist the waiting staff and make sure the member gets a superior experience. You will deliver food orders from the kitchen (or drinks orders from the bar) to members' tables, acting as a point of contact between the kitchen/bar and the floor.
