The Role…

As UK Operations Coordinator, you will provide professional, proactive, and confidential support to the Managing Director, UK & Europe, and their team. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and be a key member of the UK senior operations team.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, managing diaries, preparing for meetings, taking minutes, inbox management, travel arrangements, and more. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to work effectively with various stakeholders and the wider business.

Main Responsibilities…

  • Maintain schedule for Managing Director UK & Europe
  • Arrange meetings locally & globally, prepare documents, and take minutes
  • Support with written communication
  • Organise off-site meetings for the team reporting to the Managing Director
  • Support projects with planning and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery
  • Arrange travel within budget
  • Support operational initiatives development and implementation
  • Monitor weekly reports (WSR, Chilli, KPI) and share as needed
  • Organise quarterly General Manager meetings and prepare presentations
  • Coordinate between operations and communications teams for newsletters and notifications
  • Support the L&D team with ServiceScan feedback and customer experience improvements
  • Assist the UK Executive Chef with food & beverage projects and menu updates
  • Support Regional Director London Clubs & Head of Operations with projects as requested
