Join us for the summer here at Soho Farmhouse! We are hiring Seasonal Team Members across Food & Beverage and Kitchen, including Waiters, Runners, F&B Assistants, Hosts, Baristas, and CDPs. These are fixed-term contracts running through to September, perfect for university students, those seeking summer work, or anyone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll be working across various locations from our restaurants to outdoor spaces, helping us deliver an exceptional member experience throughout the busy summer season. We welcome applicants with previous experience; however, a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for hospitality are just as important. Please note, these roles will require flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Key duties…
- Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and ensure immediate engagement upon seating.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating any allergies or dietary needs.
- Deliver a seamless service by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and correct order delivery.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food and drink pairings.
- Maintain exceptional table service, top up water, wine, and beverages proactively throughout the member’s stay.
- Ensure a pristine environment, including setting up and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness at all times.
- Handle member requests and special accommodations with flexibility to create memorable, personalized experiences.
- Support seamless payment through card, the Soho House App, or House Pay.
- Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs.
- Contribute to team success, attending briefings, tastings, and assisting colleagues where needed.
