Soho House is seeking a Sous Chef to play a pivotal leadership role in our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes across all services. You will supervise junior chefs, drive consistency, and uphold the standards and identity of Soho House.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, contribute to menu development, manage prep and service, and assume leadership in the absence of senior staff, ensuring safety and excellence at every service.
