We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead the day-to‑day delivery of social content on a 6 month FTC. You’ll turn brand and campaign strategy into compelling, channel‑first content - driving engagement, traffic, and conversion - while ensuring a consistent, high‑quality global presence. Your focus will be on tracking and analysing performance analytics, community engagement, channel management, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyse performance, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Optimise content to improve engagement, reach, and click‑through to key destinations
- Support traffic and conversion goals across applications, memberships, and bedrooms
- Develop and test new formats and storytelling approaches, using performance to iterate
- Content Creation
- Own and manage the global social content calendar, ensuring consistent, high‑quality output
- Plan and deliver daily Instagram Stories, with a focus on engagement and traffic driving
- Create and bring forward original content ideas, formats, and series that evolve our social presence
- Translate campaigns and brand moments into channel‑first, platform‑native content
- Execute social for campaigns, House openings, and key city moments, from tease through to launch and sustain
- Work closely with Houses and local teams to capture and deliver on‑the‑ground content
- Coordinate content production end‑to‑end-including shoots, asset sourcing, and delivery
- Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of content, ensuring no gaps in output
- Ensure all content is on‑brand and aligned to platform best practices
- Support the planning and execution of the Instagram broadcast channel
