Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff, ensuring a high‑energy team culture
  • Adhere to allergy procedures and guest food preferences, working closely with the Head Chef
  • Collaborate with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options, keeping seasonal and relevant offerings
  • Maintain HACCP and health & safety standards in line with industry best practice
  • Drive the food offering, ensuring it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile kitchen in a similar senior role
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency and a flexible, “yes, yes, yes” mentality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required

  • Fri: 8am – 3am
  • Sat: 9am – 3am
  • Sun: 9am – 12am (kitchen will close earlier)
