We’re looking for a talented
The Role…
We’re looking for a talented Senior Creative Producer with a love for interiors to join the Soho Home team, based out of our office in Soho, London. Reporting to the Art Director, this full-time role is key to producing all photography and motion content for the brand.
As part of a tight-knit creative team known for delivering best in class interiors campaigns and beautiful brand content, you\’ll lead on the production of shoots from initial concept to asset handover, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Main Duties…
- Oversee the full production process for all Soho Home lifestyle shoots – including seasonal campaigns, editorial, and motion content.
- Bring together ideas, talent, locations, product and logistics to deliver refined, high-quality creative work.
- Work closely with the Ops, NPD, Photo Studio and external teams to manage all product coordination – ensuring shoot samples are ordered, tracked and delivered on time.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director to interpret and elevate briefs, always looking for ways to raise the bar.
- Attend all shoot recces with the Art Director – troubleshooting and ensuring shoot readiness.
- Build and manage detailed production timelines, coordinating across departments to hit all key milestones and deadlines.
- Own the annual Soho Home shoot production budget – working alongside finance to track costs, update spreadsheets, and process invoices efficiently.
- Grow and maintain a trusted network of creative partners: photographers, videographers, set builders, stylists and more.
- Secure all usage rights and image licensing, ensuring consistency across content and contracts.
- Handle all shoot admin – booking teams, ordering product, organising travel, catering, couriers and accommodation.
- Oversee shoots on the ground, acting as the central point of contact for all crew and ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate the final stages of production to ensure imagery is organised and shared with the relevant teams.
What We Are Looking For…
- An experienced Producer who can manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Confident Excel user, able to build comprehensive and clear shoot budgets and campaign trackers.
- Demonstrate a can-do, realistic attitude to getting the job done
- A logistical approach to challenges
- Clear communicator, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in/manage a team, both internal and external
- An understanding of the creative process and techniques – including photography and film
- Ideally have production experience in the retail industry and understand the campaign processes
- A keen interest in interiors
- Experience producing shoots abroad a plus
- Ideally a UK driving licence
- Travel required
