Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation
- Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly
- Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality
- Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well‑stocked condition
- Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE
- Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Assist with turndown service or special requests when required
- Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter‑free
What we are looking for...
- A successful Room Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
- You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently
- Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude
- Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
