At Soho House, the Reception & Member Relations Manager is responsible for guiding the reception team and ensuring a successful experience for every member and guest who visits or stays in our Houses. This role involves overseeing the overall management of Club Reception, including labour, scheduling, training, and supervising staff to maintain excellent employee-guest relations.
The Reception & Member Relations Manager will host the entire club, providing a friendly, fun, and professional approach for all members, ensuring consistency from check-in to departure.

Responsibilities include:
- Processing all member, guest, and staff disputes and claims in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all systems are kept up to date with accurate information and that Soho House standards are met.
- Hiring, training, developing, counselling, evaluating, and disciplining Club Reception staff.
- Maintaining a strong member-facing presence on the floor to support all departments.
- Overseeing the successful implementation of Member Recognition.
- Collecting member feedback on service, food, atmosphere, and satisfaction.
- Positively growing relationships with all members and leading as the point of contact for all our PWKs and FHMs.
- Managing members and their guests in the Houses, including behavioural issues and special requests.
- Creating and maintaining clear behaviour notes following incidents in the House.
- Providing service support during peak hours and large events.
- Ensuring the House has a positive vibe and energy.
- Participating in creating events that fit the needs of the House's demographic.
- Promoting member events to drive attendance and increase bookings.
- Gathering member feedback to tailor experiences and activities.
- Implementing any new system or SOP pertaining to members.

- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
